Perfect little and quirky accommodation with fantastic setting really close to the Haramijska cave, the more obscure attractions and the most beautiful areas in Bulgaria...

The service was terrific, including an incredibly nice breakfast with hot options. Location: the hotel was close enough to the more obscure attractions in the area, like the Haramiiska cave as well as the river in a beautiful gorge.

The hotel's location was simply breathtaking, nestled in the midst of nature with a river flowing nearby. The views of the mountainside were stunning, especially from the outdoor seating area. The cozy and beautifully decorated interior, with warm fireplaces and dark wood furniture, added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance.
There were a couple of issues that detracted from our experience. the lack of basic amenities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

At Horlog Castle, we got excellent value for our money. The room was new, clean, and tastefully furnished, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river, where we enjoyed sipping herbal tea. The staff, although they didn't speak English fluently, were very friendly and accommodating.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of nature. the rooms were clean and spacious with stunning views of the surrounding area. the on-site restaurant offered delicious fresh food, and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the WiFi was not available in the rooms, there were other facilities to keep us entertained, such as the tours offered through the hotel. the only downside was the distracting noise of the TV in the restaurant during meal times.
